Mr. Abdul Wahab occupies various positions such as a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, a member of the Board of Directors of Massaleh Investments PJSC, a member of the Board of Directors of TPL Properties Limited, a member of the Board of Directors of Houlihan Lokey MEA Limited, and also a Director in Decker & Halabi DMCC

Previously, he was the CEO and Board member of Global Investment House based in Kuwait. Mr. Abdel Wahab also has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector and specializes in financial restructuring, crisis and debt management, credit enhancements and joint ventures, where he previously held the position of Chief Investment Officer of Meraas Holding Group and a partner in KPMG and held the position of CEO at Dubai Properties.

Mr. Abdul Wahab holds an Executive MBA from “des École ParisTec ponts” and a degree from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow/ Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the UK Securities Institute.
